Refund policy
You will get your purchase and you will love it forever.
But if for any reason you do not, we will accept the return of any item within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Items must be in like-new condition and with your original receipt or packing list.
To start a return, please visit our Order/Returns page. If you have any difficulty, click the chat button on any page of our website and we'll assist you.
If you are making a return because the item you received was incorrect or damaged, please click on the chat bubble and provide the details so we may expedite arrangements for a refund or replacement. When the return is due to our error, we will provide you with a postage-paid return label. If you are returning for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping.
When shipping a return on your own, you are responsible for the item until it is received by us. We cannot offer an exchange or credit if we have not received the original item. We recommend shipping using a method that offers tracking.
Please do not send back any item without first chatting with us so we know to expect the return and can make arrangements for an exchange or refund ahead of time.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are no specific categories of products in our store that are not permitted to be returned. Occasionally an individual product may be Final Sale, and thus not returnable. In this event, the product description page will state this limitation.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time after we have processed the refund for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us by clicking the chat bubble or using the form on this page.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in like-new condition and with your original receipt or packing list.
