Shipping policy
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders will ship the business day after you place your order. In nearly all cases, your order will ship within two business days.
Some items in our store are made-to-order and/or are shipped to you directly from the creator. The description pages for these items will outline the processing and shipping time.
In the rare event that processing will take longer than the stated time, we will contact you. If at any time we are unable to fulfill your order promptly, we will give you the option of a refund.
Store Pickup
Many in-stock items are available for pickup at our Provincetown store, located at 350 Commercial Street. Orders may be picked up during our posted store hours.
Items that are made-to-order and/or shipped to the customer from the creator may not be available for immediate pickup. If your order includes one of these items and you select local pickup, we will contact you with additional information.
If the pickup option is not available at checkout, it is likely because one or more items in your order are not available for pickup. If you have any questions or concerns about picking up an item in your order, please contact us.
If you select local pickup for your order, you will receive both an order confirmation and a second email informing you that your order is ready for pickup. Your order may not be available until you receive that notification.
Domestic Shipping
Our default method of domestic shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. It generally takes two to five days, after processing, to arrive anywhere in the United States. We also offer USPS Priority Mail and services from UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE Economy shipping on most U.S. orders over $75. Our free shipping option is generally the most economical option to your address and may be USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or UPS Ground Saver. Free shipping is estimated to take seven to ten business days. Occasionally particularly large or heavy items, or those needing special care in shipping, may not be eligible for free shipping. This will be detailed in the product description.
We may, at our discretion, upgrade you to a faster method of shipping. All orders, regardless of method, include a tracking number emailed to you when your order is shipped.
UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries, except where prohibited. We ship internationally using various services offered by both the USPS and UPS. Shipping charges and expected delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may, at our discretion, upgrade you to a faster method of shipping. All orders, regardless of method, include a tracking number emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RepurposedOnline.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.
Damage
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible using the chat bubble that appears on every page of our website. Please include your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Non-Delivery
Resolution of situations wherein the customer does not receive their shipment is dependent on the reason for the non-delivery.
If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer, this constitutes Proof of Delivery (PoD). Carriers do not permit us to make a claim on a delivery when they have provided such PoD, therefore RepurposedOnline.com will not be held responsible if a package is confirmed as delivered to the correct address by the carrier and later goes missing. If you are aware that there are issues with so-called "porch pirates," please contact us and we will require a signature for your delivery at no cost to you.
If a package is misdelivered or returned because the customer provided an incorrect address, RepurposedOnline.com will not be held responsible. If, and only if, the package is returned to us, we will, at our discretion, either re-ship the package for an additional shipping fee or refund the order less the cost of shipping.
If a package is declared missing by the carrier or is misdelivered for any cause other than those listed above, we will, at our discretion, either replace the order at no additional cost to the customer or refund the entire amount paid, including any shipping fees.
