These colorful trivets are made in Uganda with discarded bottle caps. Small scraps of vibrant fabrics are wrapped around each cap before they're connected together to form this functional and decorative conversation piece! No two are alike!

The smaller trivet is made using 19 caps and measures around 5.5" in diameter. The larger trivet is made using 61 caps and measures around 9" in diameter.

These vary significantly in appearance because they are handmade using upcycled materials. You can let us pick for you or choose your own from available stock.

About Project Have Hope

Malden, Massachusetts-based Project Have Hope is a 501(c)(3) organization that works with women in the Acholi Quarter of Uganda. Through the fair trade sales of their crafts, Project Have Hope funds economic and educational programs for these artists and their families.
