Crafted from authentic circulated Mercury dimes, these cufflinks feature the obverse design—Liberty in a winged cap—on both pieces. Despite the name, the image is not the Roman god Mercury, but a symbolic depiction of Liberty, representing freedom of thought. Designed by Adolph A. Weinman, the Mercury dime was minted from 1916 to 1945 and is considered a classic of American coinage.

Each dime is composed of 90% silver and 10% copper, giving the cufflinks a bright, elegant sheen with just the right amount of vintage character. These coins have been carefully selected and professionally soldered—not glued—for lasting strength and style.

The year on the coins will vary depending on availability, but all are genuine Mercury dimes from 1916–1945.
