This bank has a slot in the back, ready for your coins and bills, and an authentic antique post office box door made of bronze on the front. This particular door with a Grecian key design was made by American Device circa 1961 and does not have a number on the glass panel. The combination is a three-letter code, which remains a secret to everyone except the purchaser.
Handmade in California by the Wood Mason, the door is inset into the gorgeous oak box. With perfectly mitered corners and a rounded back, this is a quality piece of craftsmanship even before the addition of a vintage post office box door. Four felt feet protect your furniture.

Barbara collected PO box doors and had so many that she needed to find a use for them, so she created her first coin bank. Today this expert woodworker makes beautifully crafted banks with gorgeous cuts of wood and vintage bronze USPS box doors.
